Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

Black Phoenix Strategies Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 16768762) treats everything you share as strictly confidential.
What we receive
The information you provide in your request form, what you discuss during your session, and the written Snapshot prepared for you.
How it is used
Solely to review your request, analyse your situation and prepare your Snapshot. Never for marketing, research or any other purpose.
No recording
Sessions are not recorded. Anna may take private working notes to prepare your Snapshot.
No disclosure
Your identity, your company, your situation and the content of your session are never shared with any third party. Your case is never used as an example or case study, even anonymised, without your explicit written consent.
Third parties you share about
Information you provide about other people, including partners, employees, clients and investors, is treated with the same confidentiality and used only for the purpose of your analysis.
Retention
Your request form and working notes are kept for 12 months after your Snapshot is delivered, so that you can return with follow-up questions, and are then securely deleted. If your request is not accepted, your form is deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Service providers
Request forms are processed by Formspree. Bookings are managed through Cal.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. Sessions are held on Zoom. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.

Information will be disclosed only where required by law.

Under UK data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@blackphoenixstrategies.com.
