Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the Business Decision Analysis: a 90-minute Decision Session and a written Decision Logic Snapshot.

1. Payment

You pay only after your request has been reviewed and accepted. Requests are answered within 24 hours.

2. Cancellation 7 days or more before your session

You may cancel for a full refund.

3. Rescheduling 48 hours or more before your session

You may move your session to another available time. Rescheduled sessions follow the same terms.

4. Less than 7 days before your session

The fee is non-refundable. If you book a session less than 7 days in advance, the fee is non-refundable from the moment of booking. You may still reschedule up to 48 hours before.

5. Less than 48 hours before your session, or non-attendance

The fee is non-refundable and the session cannot be rescheduled. Exceptions may be made at Anna's discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. After the session

Once the session has taken place, the service is considered delivered. Your written Snapshot will be delivered within 48 hours.

7. How to cancel or reschedule

Email info@blackphoenixstrategies.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
