Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to services provided by Black Phoenix Strategies Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 16768762, registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@blackphoenixstrategies.com.

2. The service

The Business Decision Analysis consists of a private 90-minute online Decision Session with Anna P. Kovalerskaya and a written Decision Logic Snapshot delivered within 48 hours after the session. The fee is £500 unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Requests and acceptance

Every request is reviewed personally and answered within 24 hours. We may accept a request, ask for clarification, or decline it, including where a situation requires specialist legal, financial, tax, medical or other advice. A contract is formed only when your session is booked and paid, or when an invoice is agreed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card via Stripe at the time of booking, or by invoice to your company on request. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Nature of the advice

The service is strategic and analytical advisory. It is not therapy, coaching, legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a regulated service. The Snapshot reflects the information you provide and the evidence available at the time. All decisions, and their consequences, remain yours.

6. Your information

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Please do not share confidential documents before your request has been accepted. Confidentiality is described in our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.

7. The Snapshot

Your Snapshot is provided for your own use and the use of your business. You may share it with your partners, board and advisers. The methodology, structure and Human Braining™ framework remain the intellectual property of Black Phoenix Strategies Ltd and its authors. Sample Snapshots on this website may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a session is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make on the basis of the analysis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the date of your booking applies to your session.
